With over 20 years in the construction industry, Brenda has led projects across aviation, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, and municipal sectors—ranging from $1M to $800M. She’s known for consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while leading with an inclusive, people-first mindset.
Brenda fosters a culture of respect and equity, earning the trust of clients, colleagues, and trade partners. She has helped shape Turner’s culture through founding the Dallas Women’s Group, the Training Committee, and the DE&I Committee, and is a passionate advocate for mentorship and professional development.
Outside of work, Brenda is Chair-Elect of the Executive Leadership Council for Autism Speaks, mentors elementary students, and promotes STEM education. A proud mother of three boys, Brenda exemplifies integrity, commitment, and compassion in both her professional and personal life. When not leading impactful projects or community efforts, she enjoys family adventures and pushing herself to new limits on her Peloton.
